Modified Ashtanga Vinyasa
Class begins by building heat in the body through various sun salutations. After warming up, expect strengthening standing and balancing poses followed by deep-seated stretches.
Mandala
Centred around the 4 basic elements: Fire, Water, Earth and Air, Mandala connects each element with a specific area of the body, exploring circular movements with our bodies and moving 360°around the mat. This is a creative flow, perfect for yogis looking for something different!
Yin
Poses are held for up to 5 minutes to allow the release of connective tissue. Students cultivate a deeps sense of awareness and leave with a relaxed body and mind.
Yoga for Cyclists & Runners
Helps to release tightness along the four quadrants of the legs and includes hip mobilizers. Expect to hold poses for longer to improve ligament elasticity. Give it a try and see how it improves your overall athletic performance!
Kids Yoga
